South Knoll Remodel

This South Knoll home remodel gave our team a rare opportunity to work with Mid-Century Modern design, a style known for its clean lines, warm materials, and timeless appeal. Because this style isn’t often used in contemporary remodeling projects, this home felt especially unique and meaningful to design.

The remodel included a light refresh of the kitchen, featuring new countertops and a clean, updated backsplash. These upgrades brightened the space and highlighted the home’s original character. We also reconfigured the downstairs full bathroom, converting it into two separate bathrooms. This change created better flow and improved functionality for everyday use without losing the home’s cohesive mid-century aesthetic.

Thoughtful material selections and intentional design helped us preserve the vintage charm of this South Knoll home remodel while bringing the layout and finishes up to modern standards. The finished result blends the best of old and new, making the home more practical, beautiful, and tailored to its owners’ lifestyle.
